Coco. You guys played a stupid game today, and that is NOT acceptable. It shows how irresponsible and unprofessional you all are at your job. You were extremely rude and showed absolutely no respect for my time or for me as a client. I had my appointment a week ahead, and you already knew exactly what I wanted. Wasted my time. Went in for skin laser and stated they cannot treat me with either laser they had. Disregarded I informed them I’ve had laser before and what they recommended did not work for me and this is why I’m seeking laser. I sent them pictures prior to appt and for the input they gave me they could have just done it over the phone. No evidence based research on why I was denied laser. Probably inexperienced.

Big thank you to Coco, who injected my lips. In the past, I used to be bruised and swollen for about a week or so. The technique Coco used was so gentle that I barely had any swelling on the first day, and I didn’t have any bruising. I have done other procedures with Coco such as CO2 laser and I loooved it. Would definitely be coming back.
I had a wonderful experience here. The staff are all very kind and professional. I completed a 5-session Pico melasma treatment with Coco, and she was amazing—very knowledgeable, dedicated, and always went above and beyond. She was also very accommodating with my schedule, which I really appreciated. I just finished my 5th session and I’m very satisfied with the results so far.
