Our installers: Ryan and Scott worked very hard, kept us informed regarding the installation process and left a clean work space. They were kind and professional. Terry our sales rep was there and made sure everything was set up the way we wanted. She is very professional and personable and wants to make sure everything is done right. We couldn’t ask for a better team.
Had a great experience , they just completed a generator install a few days ago for us. Everything looks very clean and tidy. Can’t complain about anything. Drew was our installer and couldn’t have asked for a better hard working individual.
For something that is such a large purchase, I could not have been happier with my installation team! Everyone has been responsive and helpful. Installation guys were super nice, and they cleaned up ever stitch of things at completion, and explained all the parts to me including service installation etc. They genuinely seemed to care about this purchase for me!
Desiree did a fantastic job researching a warranty issue with my generator. She was able to utilize her professional relationship with the Generac company rep and through her documentation of the situation she was able to secure a 7yr warranty at no cost! Excellent job!
Very easy to work with. A-Plus arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job. They kept in touch every step of the way, before, during and even after the install. Very friendly and knowledgeable and Terry is wonderful to work with! I would 100% recommend A-Plus for your generator needs.
