I had a terrible experience with A-Plus Contractors on a roofing/siding job in Charleston, WV. The contract, which I signed on December 5, 2024 was not completed correctly until July 29, 2025. There were some "no shows," including one to repair a roof leak which overflowed the catch pan, causing damage to my kitchen ceiling. The gutter/siding crew eventually showed up, without advanced notice, while I was out-of-town, so I wasn't there to supervise the installation. I want to give a big shout out to Tom who was very professional and explained each step and what they would be doing when he was here to give an estimate on my roof. I told my wife that even though they were the highest in estimate I was going with them. I loved his professionalism and his honesty. Another employee I would like to recognize is Sean. The Hurricane, WV office of A-Plus Contractors, LLC did a phenomenal job of installing a fence in my backyard and finished almost a week ahead of the originally scheduled completion date. They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate and helpful with all my questions. Quality materials and very professional services rendered in an amazingly short amount of time tell me that "A-Plus" is a most appropriate name for this company.

I can’t recommend this company enough for any fencing, generator or roofing needs! I had reached out to several companies over the past year to repair or replace our gate, and not a single one got back to me-until I contacted A Plus. They responded right away and were incredibly patient, even when I was having phone issues. They kept in touch and made sure we got an appointment scheduled. The fence they installed for me is beautiful! They did amazing and FAST work. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the crew, and their ability to finish the job quick. I would definitely recommend A Plus to anyone needing a fence installed for a great price.
