Chris and Jordan arrived within an hour of my emergency call on a Saturday morning in below zero temperatures. They quickly identified the issues, explained them clearly and took immediate action. Without their timely and efficient service, at a more than reasonable price, I might still be without heat on the coldest day of the year. When finished, they took additional time to review and discuss other HVAC concerns, making clear recommendations while offering their continued service.
We had a heating emergency on one of the coldest nights of the year. To call Chris and get a call back immediately and have someone out there the same night was a blessing. Everything was fixed on the spot and a fair price was quoted for additional work. We would use A Plus Comfort Again.
