We had a heating emergency on one of the coldest nights of the year. To call Chris and get a call back immediately and have someone out there the same night was a blessing. Everything was fixed on the spot and a fair price was quoted for additional work. We would use A Plus Comfort Again.
Highly recommended! Had a human being answer the phone, that was most pleasant! Had called three other companies, none had a human if they answerred at all... It was a Saturday in January after all, no-one works weekends anymore. In just about an hour and a half, two guys showed up. They knew exactly what they were doing and had a replacement part in hand. I called this guy to help me with my newly converted LP furnace. He told me he would come over "in a few days" and it would be $100.00 per hour so I said ok, np.. a FEW Days past and I had to call him again. He said oh yeah, I can come over between 6:30 and 7PM this evening. So I said OK, just text me 15 minutes before you get here.. He texts me at 5:20 and says I am coming over, I texted him back you told me 6:30 or 7PM I am eating dinner right now since you said you would not be here until that time.. Chris is a personable and compassionate technician. The effectiveness in his work is only trumped by his acute attention to detail. He was priced fairly and he showed up timely. I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend him. I will be going to him for all my future HVAC needs!
Two different times we had to call them for emergencies and both times they showed up fast! The guys name was Chris he easily explained what was going on and what needed to be done… definitely keeping his number on hand! Very grateful
