This was my first time using this company and I can tell you that the customer service was amazing. They made sure that I had all the information about my vehicle. The Receptionist is the best she is an awesome person. She made sure that I was able to get my car. I will prefer this Shop to everyone that needs repairs.
There people are a joke. They repaired my truck via Geico claim. I pointed out all the stuff they didn't put back on the truck and the difference in color. I also pointed out a small dent and scratch where they had painted over it and they made all kinds of excuses not to correct anything. The scratch they painted over was not covered by Geico they said..... They also damaged the tonneau cover and lied about it. Look at my truck, see the color difference? F minus is more like it. I brought my jeep in because it had been rear-ended. They took two weeks longer to repair it then was told to me. They never gave me updates along the way. At the end they never really told me what they did. When they finally finished they didn’t put the back tailgate on correctly. The gentleman told me he never worked on the tailgate. Dropped my vehicle off for vandalism repair. I like how they replaced instead of repairing certain items. And the paint work done look just like out the factory. No complaints. Easy drop off, and communication.
I am extremely happy with the services I received from One Twenty-Two Collision. We were rear ended in a terrible accident and One Twenty-Two did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Expert repair!
