Customer Service 1000%! Steve is the absolute best! My fiance and I were looking for a reliable and affordable car service for our wedding next year. All other companies we spoke to weren't helpful at all. A Plus Coach was the opposite. They are very responsive, willing to work with you and answer all your questions and go above and beyond. We had the 2 best drivers in and out of Black Falcon Pier, Seaport for a cruise to Bermuda!! On time, professional and was an overall enjoyable ride!! Easy reservations! 5 Stars!!

We had a very long, delay-full series of flights last night and ended up landing at Logan after 3am. Cheers to Brooke, our amazing A-Plus driver who waited hours to pick us up and bring us home. Over and over, A-Plus has taken care of our family going to and from airports. They are on time, day or night, rain or snow, and always exceed our expectations! Thanks again Brooke.
