I had to get a shuttle for my mom and Aunt for a cruise. The process was easy and reasonably priced. They enjoyed the trip and communication was great. Due to a last minute travel change we had to request canceling then return trip. A plus was very accommodating and didn’t give me a hard time. Would recommend them if you need a shuttle service.

A plus Coach, in Hingham Ma, Didn't offer A plus service. My niece hired a limo for her wedding this past weekend, They were hired to take her and the Bridal party from reception site to ceremony. They were unable to do this because the limo broke down.The groom and his grooms men had to walk to the ceremony, and the bride and the rest of the wedding party had to find rides. We never saw a replacement limo ! The company will not work with them to find a fair resolution for the stress and disappointment that this has caused. ... read more

Not A plus service. A Plus Coach was hired for my families wedding this past weekend. It was a complete disaster. The limo broke down on the way to the ceremony leaving the groom, grooms men and a child to walk the remaining distance in thier suits on a warm day. This delayed the wedding and added unnecessary stress to the day. The bride and the bridal party had to scramble for rides. The driver was not helpful. They are refunding less than half the money. I would avoid this company for any special event.

Customer Service 1000%! Steve is the absolute best! My fiance and I were looking for a reliable and affordable car service for our wedding next year. All other companies we spoke to weren't helpful at all. A Plus Coach was the opposite. They are very responsive, willing to work with you and answer all your questions and go above and beyond.
