I used A Plus Cleaning for over 10 years. In the beginning, their service was reliable and thorough, and I appreciated their attention to detail. Unfortunately, over time the quality became inconsistent—cleanings often felt rushed, with corners being cut. Toward the end, it became difficult to get in touch with them to confirm or reschedule appointments, and overall, I felt like they no longer cared about me as a customer. Their cleaning is fine, but they are astronomically priced: $750 for an empty 1800 sq ft house. The day before they charged $550 for a 3100 sq ft house...they must price by the amount they think you will pay; not the job. Very unprofessional!
Great company. Very responsible and I can tell they love what they do. They never miss any detail on my home cleaning.
