Do Not Use this Company. They are scammers. I purchased carpet cleaning up front on Groupon. He saw that I had a dog. When he got to the room that he was supposed to clean, he tells me that he won't do it unless I pay $197.00 (discount price, ha ha) for pet treatment. I told him that it didn't need it, and I didn't want it, but he refused to clean the carpet and left.

My carpets Look AMAZING! I bought a Groupon for 4 rooms - great deal - I added a hallway and stairs to it -He suggested adding the pet treatment for the stains… and deodorizer and enzyme treatment … he offered an additional discount for First Responders/ Military - He even cleaned my two small entry way carpet and restroom carpet as well ☺️ it was still a GREAT price ! Didn’t want to pay any more at first - but actually glad I did the add ons only because my carpets look so good - and smell better .

Beware of this guy. He scammed me. I contacted him through groupon. He asked me to cancel it and requested to pay in cash. Then when he visited he inflated the cleaning charges more than 5 times after work. He started fighting and forced to pay gratuity as well.

A plus carpet flood damage did a perfect job on our mitigation of our home. They handled our insurance company and helped us replaced our flooring and sheet rock of our home due to hot water burst.
