I contacted this cleaning company for a quote and was quite disappointed with the experience. Not only were the prices significantly higher than other companies I contacted, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The lady I spoke to on the phone came across as rude and dismissive, making me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. Funny story, I was driving northbound on Kwinana fwy thinking "I should really get the carpets cleaned" to my surprise Malek happened to drive past! So I called her and organised a time. She managed to fit us in within 2 weeks and today im sitting in my bedroom absolutely happy and loving yhe feeling of fresh clean carpet! She is professional, accommodating & always happy to help give you what you want. We will be getting her back to clean the grout in our place. I can't recommend A Plus Carpet Cleaners enough. Our 2 x 3 seater lounge chairs and a recliner were cleaned exceptionally well. The service provided by Mel was excellent as I witnessed her working very hard to lift stains, she seriously did such a fantastic job. Her communication with me before and after the service was great too as she replied very quickly to all of my messages. Excellent thorough job on my vacate clean. Immaculate standard of cleaning on a large, older house. Clear communication throughout the process. Amazing job on the tiles and grout in my daughter's apartment too.
