They have failed to show up more than once. I have state provided medical transportation & they have a contract with A Plus Care as well as Lyft & Uber. When A Plus failed to show up at all last week, I called my transportation provider who, in turn, called A Plus. There was no answer. I left a voicemail last week & never got a return call. I called again today (surprise, no answer) & the mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a message. They really don't stay on top of things, have no customer care standards. Zero stars would be preferred! This is a most chronically UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and UNTIMELY transportation service as others have noted here. Drivers are often late, or don't show up at at all (drop off or pick up). They DO NOT coordinate their pickups in a timely manner. Preferring instead at their convenience to show up at your resident 'hours' before your appointment, or very late causing you to miss crucial appointments. This by far is the worst company for anyone let alone elders!! They make them miss appointments, and the sorry excuses for humans leaves them stranded. I karma them swiftly and will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Sad AZ shame
My brother missed his doctor appointment today because they didn't show up... very unprofessional...
