After years with no issues, apparently she is no longer doing Bookkeeping. I would make sure before doing service with her.

She carefully handles the organization of your financial matters so when it’s tax time... it’s a formality, not a disaster. Well worth your investment of time and money to work with her.
Melissa is the bomb! My business was switching from a run of the mill budgeting software to Quickbooks and Melissa took the time to sit down and teach me how to effectively use the software. We ran into technical issues with my bank and she was kind enough to speak to the customer service representative of my bank for an hour to get it all worked out. Can't recommend her and her company enough!
