Have been taking our vehicles to Wayne Carpenter at A Plus since 2003over the years they have been honest about what repairs were needed right away and what would create a problem for us in a month or two.

I will not do business with them again. They said they fixed the problem however I drove 5 miles and still had the problem. After showing them it still was happening they did not want to even compensate me for missed diagnosis. They wanted to charge me more to fix the problem they said that was fixed. They also had a Shop fee on the bill which is \$30 in which I was unaware of, and a hazard fee of \$17 unaware of. They had several miss communications with the mechanics and other employees.
