My car was rendered undriveable when a tie rod broke in front of A Plus Auto so I drove in and I can't even say the amazing customer service I experienced. Not only did they get it right up on a hoist , but they charged me less than they quoted and had the work done the next day. They were wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend them as Missoula is Best Automotive Care.
My husband and I were on our way to Florida from Idaho to move to his new base for the USAF and we had a fuel pump go out right past Missoula. We got towed to a shop down the road that could maybe get us in the next day to get it fixed. We had from the 11th through the 16th to get moved and could only travel 500 miles a day. We stopped in here and they pushed hard and got it done in about 3 hours even with a full shop. They were kind and went absolutely above and beyond for us. They always get me taken care of in a timely fashion...I trust their work..and they have always have been honest and up front
They were able to get my vehicle in on short notice, and got it up and running in a very short amount of time. The prices weren't outrageous either, very reasonable.
Very honest and friendly staff! I will continue to use them for maintenance beyond my skill level. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks so much!
