Miss diagnosed my car told me I needdd a front right strut I had the strut replaced to only find out I needed breaks and rotors. I called to speak to the mechanic and the receptionist/ wife hung up after I explained my situation and told em she didn’t care it’s not her issue. After causing me 1600$ in repairs 700 in which I did not need do not use them.this is the strut that was taken off my car that he stated was bend it is not
First of all these people have the worst customer service!! They got me for $100 diagnostic fee. All the man does is yell. They get upset when you don’t understand them. At first she told me they can fix anything, but after I got my diagnostic, they tried to say it would be too much money for me to fix but yet you haven’t given me a price. Worst place ever do not go there!
I always have them fix my Toyota Yaris & Silverado. Honest & fast.
Don't come here they can't do alignment at all. Waste of time and money. You want details of the vehicle? And what happens? Nothing change just look at the feedback you gave to the customers. It's all just excuses.
This is a great shop nice clean organization shop, very professional. Does the utmost for all customers to guarantee the best quality auto work.
