had a very disappointing experience with this company. When I first received a quote, the price seemed fair and reasonable. However, when it came time for billing, the total was much higher than what was originally agreed upon. The person added extra charges for services that were never mentioned or discussed beforehand. So i got the best price from these guys but when I tried to make an opponent to have my windshield replaced the girl on the phone could give any kind of straight response she said it would had to be a mobile thing the truck would come to me they had an opening on Monday but refused to tell me a when or where I could meet them so after about 10 minutes of back and forth I handed my phone to my partner to try to figure this out but instead was told that they refuse to do business with us because....... I am giving a 1 star review because I had to drive across town (half hour each way) 5 TIMES to get my windshield fixed. The first appointment I had I dropped off my car and received a call about an hour later saying that they couldn't replace the windshield because the replacement windshield had a crack in it. I understand some things are out of our control, but the fact that I had to get a ride from the shop to my work and back across town just to not get my windshield replaced really was disappointing.
