I am giving a 1 star review because I had to drive across town (half hour each way) 5 TIMES to get my windshield fixed. The first appointment I had I dropped off my car and received a call about an hour later saying that they couldn't replace the windshield because the replacement windshield had a crack in it. I understand some things are out of our control, but the fact that I had to get a ride from the shop to my work and back across town just to not get my windshield replaced really was disappointing. These folks are SO efficient and friendly and ease your mind when you get a crack, chip etc. So fast to get in and out and I'm SO happy with how everything turned out. Many thanks guys!
