This is the only place I will take my vehicles in northern Virginia. They were fast, friendly and got my vehicle in the same day. They even coordinated pick up on the one day of the week they were closed. I would give 6 stars if I could.
Great company!! Very professional..Came to my work place within an hour of me calling for a new windshield.. My windshield was replaced in 4omins. Great service!!! Thanks A Plus!!
Absolutely amazing service! I highly recommend this place to everyone! I called the day before and they got me in quickly the day after. I came in to get my windowshield replaced, which was done in 15 min! Not only that, they noticed my front panel emblem was coming undone and they glued it back free of charge. They also noticed I needed my window shield wipers replaced and told me I could get some cheap at a store and bring it in and they would install free of charge. I was asked by the shop to come in early for a windshield repair, yet I was made to wait once I arrived for 1 hr 30 min. I had to take the initiative to ask what was taking so long, and they told me they ordered the wrong glass and needed to pick up a different one, making me wait another hour. Then, they message me that they broke this new glass, and I had to wait another half hour. On the way back home, I noticed that the rearview mirror was not reattached properly.
