They always make sure you’re taken care of. Jose is a standup guy who will make it right no matter what. The guys here are on top of it and always make sure you are helped immediately. Quick in and out time. Anything tires, emissions, or alignment and any general repairs wise they are on point. They also Fixed my exhaust quickly and didn’t gouge on the price.
Fantastic service, fair prices, good work, no extras. Just the way I like it. I’ve bought multiple sets of tires in the last couple years and this crew is consistent, quick and competent.
Incredible prices and great service. I actually bought a used tire from them that ended up having a hole in it that they didn't know about, and instead of making me drive it back or find a way to tow it, they drove to *me* and towed my car back to their shop so they could replace the tire, and then towed it back to my house--even though that kept them after hours. Super great customer service addressing the honest mistake. I'm very happy I took my car here.
We, ( my son and I ) arrived just after closing time. Still, they gladly helped us. They showed us the selection of tires in the size we needed (285/75/16). After my son made his decision, they took over like a Nascar pit crew. They sent out several people, all with floor jacks, to lift my son's truck to remove his wheels. In about 15+ minutes, they had all the new tires mounted, balanced, and back on the truck. It was amazing to watch, and very impressive! Took my truck to get fixed 3 days later it was making the same noise. They told me to take it in to fix it over the phone & when I did they were super rude and stated they didn’t have time to fix it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Not worth it.
