This shop and experience with owner was and still is a nightmare! I was taken advantage of warranty part was stolen between towing bill and paid this shop $1,900.00 have paid out $2,100.00 or more. I got around the corner and this truck stops and A1 supposely after keeping my truck 3 weeks due to their shop shut down and Then still dont have a working vehicle. Dave, the owner, is the type of person you hope to encounter when taking your vehicle for repairs. Honest, kind, and friendly! And of course, knowledgeable, etc etc etc. There's always some hard candy in a glass on the counter. Single serving ☕️ coffee at the disposal of a customer! Just a great group!
Terrible Communication, office-workers were derogatory for no apparent reason, and seemed to have a disconnect with their shop-workers. I would recommend any other auto shop on Hampton over this one.
