I have had everything from oil changes and inspections/ emissions all the way to major engine work done here. Dave and the rest of the staff are awesome and always provide phenomenal quality work.
People are friendly and the company is willing to help you pay off large bills for repairs if unable to get loan.
Needed an emissions test this week & found A+ on the GVIP website. I called this morning & they told me they might be able to work it in if I waited until the afternoon. They did & it was a BREEZE! Will be back -- appreciate y'all for being so helpful!
Great shop got me in and out without hassle or upselling me . No comparison to lots of local options in the area that I’ve been to.
I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I brought my truck in to have the air conditioning fixed, paid a significant amount of money, and was told the issue was resolved. Less than a week later, the air stopped working again—exact same problem. It feels like I was overcharged for a temporary or incomplete fix. If you’re charging people premium prices, the repair should actually last. Now I’m stuck either paying again somewhere else or dealing with the same issue I thought was already handled.
