Very disappointing experience. Came in as a first-time customer, was placed in a room and ignored for 15 minutes. When someone finally spoke to me, I was told they were short-staffed and could only offer a 30-minute massage instead of the full hour I had requested. It felt like a bait-and-switch. First time customer.. Walked in and was kept waiting for 15 minutes at which time they claimed they were short staffed and only able to provide a 30 minute massage, instead of the hour that I requested. My advice with Asian massage places is to simply walk out when they try to sell you a 30 minute session if you'd prefer an hour. The typical difference in price between 30 minutes and an hour is only $10, which is why most Asian massage places are now pushing customers for 30 minutes. The receptionist didn't even look at me, just called over my masseuse who threw me into a room. Sometimes it felt like she knew what she was doing, other times I'm pretty sure she was just hitting me. Probably won't be coming back
