I'm getting ready to list my home and a friend of a friend of a friend heard I might be selling. He got in touch with me and asked if "he" could hire Laura and get an appraisal to see if he could even afford to wait me out and go forward. This guy is a complete joke. He was very rude, didn't listen to anything I told him as far as improvements go and appraised my house 80,000 dollars low. My neighbors house is the same model and had recently been appraised at over 100,000 dollars lower for no apparent reason. I will now have to wait for a real appraisal company to come out and re appraise my house and this is going to set me back a month on refinancing my house. I strongly recommend not using him
Our 3 yr old son was sleeping in is room we ask him not to go into his room and that we could provide a pic of the room if needed. The man said it was fine and we would call us if he needed it. At the end my wife again said is there an email address we can send the picture and the man said he didn't think he needed it.
