I cannot believe this place is in business. They tell you a timeframe that the technician will be there and then he is always WAY late... and never calls to tell you that. My washing machine took over three weeks to fix and the dishwasher is still not fixed. It has been over a month. He was not able to pull the dishwasher out all the way to fix it, told me I had to have someone else do that because it required cutting into my cabinets!! Horrible customer service!!!! I would give a zero if I could. To start they have horrible customer service from the very first phone call to schedule an appointment. She told me that I had probably a venting system problem without even inspecting my dryer. Then after letting her know I still wanted my dryer inspected and I would check the vent she reluctantly scheduled an appointment for me.... hello that is what I am paying for.
