washer less than 3 months stopped working with clothes in bay and wet. A+ says the soonest they can get here is 4 days from now. Definitely not a happy customer.
They have decent appliances but horrible customer service. The fridge and freezer I bought 2 years ago still work great. But they lie. They do not deliver same day. Not even close. My delivery was nearly a week late. They don't seem to care. No apology. I purchased a stove first and was going to pick up. Then my washer went out and I bought a washer.
