I couldn't understand why all of a sudden the one outlet in my bedroom that has my electronics plugged into it stopped working! I tried switching the breaker but that didn't work. I called around to get quotes. Horace answered the phone and when I explained the problem he walked me through it and I was able to fix it myself (with his guidance)!
