They did an outstanding job on my leather jacket. I had them add pockets to the side. No other place in town would do it. Very impressed.
I will NOT be returning after being a loyal customer for several years. In hindsight, I should have walked away when I was quoted $700 to alter one suit and two sport jackets. I was caught off guard, paid, and left feeling taken advantage of. After getting quotes from two other alteration shops, the same work would have cost no more than $400. It’s clear I was overcharged.
