I couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship here. Their alterations are consistently precise, beautifully finished, and handled with real care. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, reliability, and kindness, but this team does exactly that. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their garments to fit perfectly and look their best.

Awesome service!!! Very personable, considerate and accommodating. I’m from out of town visiting Charlotte for the weekend for a wedding. I have a suit that needs alterations for the wedding on Sunday. I walked into Lucy’s after not being able to have the work done same day at a prior shop. Lucy’s took the measurements and said they will have it ready by 5 PM - even after their closing time. I really appreciate their kindness and commitment to serving well.
