I used them one time to do my 2024 tax return. I received a letter from the IRS stating I was due a refund. I contacted A-Plus and they said after their review it was my fault because I did not provide a copy of my 2023 tax return. They did not ask for that paperwork. I paid them over $300 to complete my tax forms correctly and they made a $199 mistake. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
