I've used them for the last 7 years. Not again. In November, they condemned my furnace and "showed" me the crack in the heat exchanger. Rather than a $16K new furnace, I got two more opinions. Both said my heat exchanger was not cracked. I put a CO2 detector in my furnace room, and four months later - no alarm and the furnace is running fine.
I recently contacted A+ for a plumbing emergency. Cindy, the young woman who answered the phone, quickly assured me that A+ could provide help right away.
