Both my toilets were not flushing and backing up in my shower. I texted Terry at 9:45pm on a Thursday night and he had Thomas at my house the next day. Thomas was professional, took his time to thoroughly investigate and fix the issue without rushing. He confidently knew what to do and made sure he didn't leave any mess behind. I’ve been using Terry for three years and he has always provided quick and excellent service. Just today he walked me through how to unclog a toilet over the phone saving me both time and hundreds of dollars. And this is not the first time he has offered to help over the phone instead of trying to come over himself and charge me. I 1000% recommend his services!
