Jeff H The owner is a flake. He cancelled twice and on the second appointment I called him an hour after he was late. He made up an excuse, he must be on drugs I'm assuming. Bad business practices and I've read other bad reviews that he doesn't know a thing about cutting dogs hair based on different breeds. One customer said he cut her dogs nails so short the dog cried for a week. Do your research and find a quality and timely groomer with some qualifications. Jeff H
