I found Rafael by stopping and knocking on the door of another house he had done in my neighborhood. I needed a complete re-Stucco on my house. Very happy with how Rafael communicates, and how his team took care of my home. I love the new look. Rafael even helped me with the color because I was stuck between a few. Rafael provided a professional, honorable and competitively priced quote. Throughout the process he answered my questions and any calls promptly. Rafael and his crew did an excellent job on my home! They are very knowledgeable about each process, arrived timely and took pride in their work from demo, stucco repairs to coating/painting. They were efficient and kept my property clean of debris each day. My home looks better the envisioned!
Hired company to stucco my house. Job done ok. After a year many cracks appeared. Called him several times and he said I'll come inspect it in a few days but never showed up. Contract says job was good for five years but he didn't honor it at the time. After this review came out he made good on it. Washed, filled in the cracks, primed, and painted the house with elastomeric paint. A crack came up after they finished that I filled in with left over paint. Results are good.
