Very quaint and nicely equipped . The host is lovely and easy going , Nice n warm in winter and cool for summer. Spacious bedrooms too.
We had 3.5 months here, due to our home having repairs done. We were pleasantly surprised with this wonderful accommodation, it made leaving our home so much easier. It was extremely comfortable, always warm, had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped. Spacious 3 bedroom home, with a lockup double garage and a lovely outdoor area to sit and have a chat. Short walk to supermarkets and the centre of town, so the position was great. We had a fantastic time at this wonderful house in Ballarat! We settled in with ease, thanks to Rachel's warm welcome and assistance. The house's cleanliness and cozy atmosphere made it a pleasure to be there. Not to mention, its convenient location allowed us to explore the town on foot.
I stayed in the two houses on Grant St for about 6 months, one after the other, while selling and buying a house. Both houses are lovely, inviting and warm! Rachel is so lovely to deal with, and has such great taste in art, making our stay truly feel like a hone away from home
