1 star. Avoid this office at all costs. Their scheduling is an absolute disaster. Appointments get canceled or changed without notice, and instead of taking accountability, they constantly hide behind excuses about “the system.” It’s disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly a recurring issue. Today was my second appointment with this practice. I did encounter some really wonderful and understanding staff members but unfortunately they are few and far between in this office! My first visit was for a routine well visit and to discuss HRT. I believe that visit caused a mass of UTI that landed me in the hospital almost septic. After my hospital visit this office misread my ultrasound results and told me I needed a biopsy for cancer which caused considerable stress only to call back later informing me they made a mist... read more
Upon check-in, the receptionist was very friendly and polite, which right away, makes you feel comfortable. I was called promptly for my appointment and treated very nicely by the person who escorted me to the examining room. During my exam I was made to feel comfortable and very much at ease by Savanna Edwards, APRN.
Really great experience. Office was very kind and had I no wait time. My medical provider, Savanna Lentz, was so kind, professional, informative, and thorough with my concerns. The nurse before her was also very sweet and professional. It was a refreshing change of pace from other gynecology offices I’ve been to.
