Upon arrival there was a mildew damp smell in the unit. After further investigation it was because the dirty mop is stored in the same closet as the ac unit and its filter. My wife noticed that the dishwasher was not secured to the countertop at all. And the final straw was a roach hanging out under the cabinets.
