I am so impressed with the staff and the overall experience we had for A place At Home. I am in Florida and I was very concerned with my Uncle's care. They immediately took care of my uncle in an emergency situation, and accommodated our immediate needs, along with changes in his schedule. And the caregiver, Sarah, was amazing! A Place at Home has helped our 97 and 93 year-old parents continue living at their house. Erin is very kind and a good listener. As a care manager, she always makes sure we get the care we need. Keyla is super sweet and her smile brightens everyone's day! Thank you for your continued assistance!
The service provided by A Place At Home is very good. My 91 year old mother has 3 different caregivers come to her house. They cover two 5 hour shifts per day over 7 days a week. The 3 caregivers currently in place are all excellent. 2 of the 3 were great from the beginning, but it did take more than a year of going through a few caregivers to find an excellent 3rd caregiver.
