A Place At Home - Somerville provided caregivers on very short notice when my Mom was sent home from the hospital on a Friday for hospice care and needed 24 hour supervision. Finding people to cover the weekend was particularly challenging, but they came through for us. The caregivers were kind and helpful and provided assistance and support to my family at a critical time. Special thanks to Jessica, Aubry, Kadiatu, Jissell, Maribelle and Geraldine.
