Alex does never pay his clients. I’ve been uncompensated from my work for over a month now I’m behind on bills I have no car insurance. I don’t even have gas money. It breaks my heart because we are compassionate to the veterans that need caregivers I have offered to do it on my own time without pay just because I love my client on my family as well doesn’t care they don’t answer the phones. They don’t reply to emails or text messages.!!!

Things were good for about 6 months. My brother a vet needs care at least 5 days a week for a few hours. I spoke to Alex last June to get things setup after my younger brother passed away. My older brother the vet lived with him. My brother can not shower himself and is in a wheelchair most if the time. He has had no care since July 25th. My daughter who helped broke her toe and I fell and pulled a muscle so neither one if us could even go to his place to wash bed clothes etc. Repeated calls to APAH went unreturned. This company does not pay you. They are over 5 weeks behind in pay and lack communication. How are employees supposed to work with out pay ? The owner does not say anything about this. Very unprofessional. This is very concerning and the fact that they are STILL hiring and being dishonest. The owner of the company said we will get paid by Monday the latest. Still waiting on that payment. Or has he invested that money into other businesses and can’t pay his staff? What is really going on.

Now it's 3 weeks, going on 4, of no pay so our caregivers quit this past week leaving us without. Even the unpaid office staff quit. Four months of heartburn "is our caregiver actually going to show up? Or are they going to claim they can't afford the gas again and quit." All over not paying employees on time, the correct amount, back pay owed, promised raises not being honored. Alex no longer gives us or his employees the time of day for returning calls or emails.
