I called to ask about rates for in-home caregiving and was spoken to very rudely. The man who answered told me I “wasn’t a real client” because I took a moment to answer when he asked who the service was for. I explained that multiple family members are calling agencies while coordinating care for a family friend, but he continued to be dismissive and unprofessional. If this is how initial inquiries are handled, I would not feel comfortable trusting this agency with caregiving services.
