Amy is horrible and has no boundaries with clients.
Miss Amy Cantley is a very wonderful and caring person. She takes her time with everyone to make sure they feel appreciated and understood. Everyone in the office is super nice and we've never had a bad experience there.
I've only seen Amy a few times for my postpartum depression and anxiety, but I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful it has been to have someone to talk with about my struggles and not only be met with suggestions, but also empathy and compassion. She is very easy to talk to and has also been wonderful working with me on payments. My only complaint is that when I have had evening appointments I've spent close to an hour in the waiting room because she has gotten behind with other patients. This practice doesn't take the time to find out vital information such as divorce decrees and has been seeing my 7 year old child without my consent which is required by law. This is highly unethical and breaks consent laws. Any practice would know to acquire this information before treating a child. I highly recommend you seek help from a practice that makes things such as consent and ethics a priority over this one.
