The owner was very helpful. She was responsive to my questions, had my screen replaced quickly. The only confusion I had was she quoted me one price, and said if I paid cash it will be less. Charged me 70$ rather than 75$, only gave me 5$ back from 80$. Then got a glass protector for 5$ rather than 10$, which is fine but the change was incorrect. PLEASE READ! If I could give this place negative five stars, I would. Not only did I have to go back three times for a simple battery replacement, but I also got yelled and cursed at for not accepting their bad work. Because I told the “Manager” that I needed either the job to be done right or my money back, she called the cops on me. On top of that, hearing her tell the cops complete lies about the interaction was very eye opening. If I could give them less than 1 star i would. 0/10 recommend this place. They can’t fix apple products. They had my device for Months!!! I had to track them down to get it back only for them to try to tell me they didn’t have it. Once i get it back the keyboard is all messed up & they vandalized my property. Do not trust them. Do not give them your money.
SCAMMED OUT OF $45 — SOLD ME A USED BATTERY & REFUSED A REFUND Absolutely unacceptable experience. I bought a battery from A-Plus Cell Phone Repair in Clayton, expecting a new part for my repair business.
