AWFUL. Didn't get our xbox back until we filed police report and threatened to sue. Do not trust this place or Erik. They are constantly closed and NEVER answer the phone or return calls. The police were familiar with him. Do not take your things here!!!!!
Total scammer. Has had my Xbox for two weeks after saying it would be fixed in two days. The shop has been closed all week for “electrical issues” and he is not answering calls or texts after promising every day that I can pick it up the following day. Do not trust anything this guy says. I will be reporting this to the police and contacting the BBB.
THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I LEFT MY PHONE FOR TWO WEEKS, and when I went to pick it up, they told me they couldn't do anything, even though the day before they told me it was ready and I could come get it. I don't recommend them; the service is very bad.
Great service; friendly People, I recommend you to contact them if you need any repairs.
