It was my Yorkie Floyd’s first time. We both were nervous but upon walking in we were welcomed, They listened to my requests and told me an about time Floyd would be ready. He was finished earlier than planned and looked great! His face shape was excellent. Floyd was happy once he saw me and the staff had no complaints. I highly recommend this groomer. I’m extremely picky about Floyd and how he’s treated and groomed. “A Pets Day Out” meet everything I expected. Thanks so very much!!

Very good lady and groomed!!! Last time i went to petsmart 👎 don't go there , to bad experience with my little puppy

I usually don’t like putting any business down, especially during times like these, but my experience was truly disappointing. The owner never attempted to handle the situation professionally instead, she blocked me and is now lying on my name. To make matters worse, I was never refunded my money after several promises of refund as mentioned below.
