I took my kitten in to get his leg cast changed and to get his first round of shots. It was our first visit to this clinic and I was over 20 minutes late (went to wrong location) and even though they had been literally waiting for me, they were understanding and kind when I finally arrived. We met Dan first. He was attentive and also very helpful with explaining payment options and enrollment discounts, etc. Dr. Grilley was gentle with Bubbles and explained the expected treatment plan to me.
