BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!! If I could give a negative number, I definitely would. In 2023, I contracted with Lance from A Personal Touch Pool Service to fix loose coping, fix loose tiles, re-caulk perimeter of the pool, and paint the pool. Contract was for $9000. Half due on 5/1/23 when he started the job, which was paid and I have the cancelled check. He was supposed to be finished by finished by 6/1/23 but never finished until 6/28/23.
