If I could give less than one star I would. Lance made promises he never kept. We’ve texted him and left him voicemails about having the damaged plaster fixed. The plaster was damaged when he repaired the pool in 2023 and power washed afterwards. This happened in the summer of 2023 and he said he would fix it when we reopened the pool in 2024... he NEVER returned and now won't return calls or texts and its June 2025!! Absolute best! I've contacted Lance twice for assistance with my DE filter that was giving me issues. This guy knows his business and goes above and beyond. CALL HIM!
We have a fourteen year old pool. Our pool deck needed to be glazed and painted, and also needed caulking and repairs due to settlement. We contacted several companies and could not find one that could fix all of our issues. Lance not only made the necessary repairs, but exceeded our expectations. Lance provided excellent service, repairing my non functioning inground pool pump in both a very timely and professional manner. He also shared his expertise on how to successfully clear my pool water and maintain it for the rest of the season. I highly recommend his pool services!!!
I got in contact with A Personal Touch Pool Service to service my grandparents' pool since they are getting a bit older and cannot do it themselves. They needed new pool lights, help with cleaning and getting chlorine. This company gave us a fair quote and honest work. I was pleased with the service, it was exactly what I was looking for.
