We used Clean Bozeman for quite some time, but ultimately ended our service because of constantly changing cleaners, inconsistent results, ignored emails, and passive aggressiveness from Zach. The cleaners that came were different most times. There was no continuity and apparently no customer file explaining what needed to be done. EDIT: I do not recommend this company. I'd left my house upon receiving notification that the cleaners were on their way, only to receive another text that the appointment was canceled. When I asked why, the manager accused me of leaving the door locked. I returned home and found the door unlocked, but when I asked whether they'd had the wrong address, he ignored me. Clean Bozeman is the real deal. Very professional and exceptional results. In my opinion, one of the most capable companies in the valley and in Big Sky for post construction cleaning.
