Called Wed afternoon for a Saturday appointment. Person on the other end agreed to 2pm Sat. and has me text my info and time. I even got a confirmation returned. Thought it was all good. Sat 2:30pm, I call and don't get an answer. I called a personal touch carpet care in Sunnyvale CA to have my two bedroom apartment cleaned on Friday. They managed to arrive within two hours. I told them over the phone that I wanted to make sure that their quote would not change. The technician arrived on time and the price was quoted as agreed even though there was an additional bedroom area that I forgot to mention when I called. I would like to highly recommend A personal Touch Carpet Care. I called to get a quote and their prices seemed fair so I decided to make an appointment. The technician by the name of Byron called before he was heading to my house. When he arrived he was very friendly and got my carpets cleaned within an hour. I was very satisfied with the results. He told me their policy is not to leave until the customers are 100% satisfied. I'm glad I found my next carpet cleaner.
