Great experience with Dr. Brar! I have autoimmune disease and have seen a variety of different doctors; Naturopathic, primary care, endocrinologist. Dr. Brar took the time to listen to my issues and helped me with not only my weight loss journey, but with my whole health approach! Highly recommend.

Dr. Brar was amazing. He was very attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. He is truly the best doctor I have seen in San Diego County.

I went in to see Dr Brar becuase my Blood Pressure was 178/136, after doing some blood work i was in fear of getting a hear attack or stroke. He was able to talk to me about my weight and health and my diet. I started Intermittent Fasting and one month later my blood pressure and blood sugar and sodium level are now normal, i went from 315 lbs to 287lbs in one month without working out, just watching what i put into my mouth.
