Far from a perfect stay! The catch is upon checkout when they try to gouge ridiculous extra charges upon unsuspecting guests. Even when presented with photographic proof and phone records showing exaggerated/manufactured claims, the agent refused to budge. They even charged us for cushions "left outdoors" when these are clearly outside in photos from their own website! We checked out as the cleaners walked in, before 10.30, but they exaggerated our checkout time to claim a late checkout fee. My google location history caught... read more
I booked accomodation through Perfect Stay which was affected by Covid and they refused to give me a refund - disgusting treatment and I would never book again through this company! This company have shocking values and they don't care about you once they have your money - be warned!!!
