Great property and customer service. We stayed at a property in Byron and everything went very smoothly
Do not book with this company. Having paid way back in October for a family holiday they cancelled our booking less than 2 hours before check in. We are still waiting for our refund 4 weeks later.
We recently stayed at the Aditi property in Byron Bay, and while there were certainly some positives, we encountered a number of issues that, given the high cost of over $1,000 per night, were very disappointing. Very disappointing experience at Kokos Beach house 2, property manager Holly was polite but ultimately we should have been advised of the onsite issues prior to arrival to give us the option to change or cancel our stay. No air con in the middle of summer in a home that advertises air con, and being given one portable air con to cool down 4 bedrooms and a living space is unacceptable. Extremely poor service from Allogio Property Management. Trying to offboard my property has been a nightmare - complete silence from their team despite multiple attempts to contact them. They're holding onto funds and property photos with zero communication. Basic customer service seems beyond their capabilities. Would strongly advise other property owners to look elsewhere. Unprofessional and unresponsive.
