The key to good customer service is good communication. Today was a breakdown in that communication. I myself have had over 10 years of inpatient care within the Dental Clinic in the Air Force and Mental Health Clinics. I have supervised a support staff, handling assignments and prioritizing of work; maintained a 98% ready rate (3% above standard), utilizing appointment templates to fill cancellations and keep the broken appointment rate below 3.2%. You will not regret coming here. After leaving my previous treatment with another doctor due to horrible customer service I found my way to A Perfect Smile and have never looked back since. The facility is well taken care of, clean, and spacious. This place is truly top notch. The staff are incredible.
