If you are not African American you get the worst service. When I got my car back it still had bird shit on it and forget about asking to clean it cause it starts a big back and forth with the owner. So if you tell me about if I would ever refer or recommend family or friends it’s a Big NO. Learn to service everyone not just your raise.
The truck looks great and nice and clean. But you get one price when you ask how much and then when it's done they tell you a different price. Oh, and when asked about it where the extra come from get told who said $60 .....the owner said in front of us that he was going to take the extra $5 out my man's check. Now you ain't doing that, so I paid the full cost. Everybody living tough. You as the owner needs to make sure your employees know the price for different vehicles.
I appreciated how much Mr. Bailey made my son and I feel comfortable while we waited for our car to be cleaned. They offer multiple places to sit. You can choose between a bus, trailer or outside. I chose the trailer that has zone controlled a.c., plenty of tables to sit and 3 t.v.. It is a very cool concept that they came up with.. My car looked so good when it was done. And it was affordable.
They broke my door on my new car and refused to pay me to get it fixed despite having video proof that the door was perfectly fine before being washed. Offered me “4 free car washes” instead. Not everyone is suitable to be business owners!
Love this car wash!! Best in Greenville NC. Went in and got out in no time. And love the sitting area and the hospitality Thank you and you just gained a new customer
