I went in this shop the day before my dad’s funeral for a trim, to freshen the hair before the funeral. I asked if they could do it, and was happy they could immediately accommodate. I showed the lady EXACTLY how much I wanted cut, which was about 1 inch, just the dead ends. I sat on my hair when I sat in her chair and then had to stand because my hair was so long.
