08/01/22 - UNRESPONSIVE - Len installed a Custom Closet in our Front Bedroom and a Custom Shelving & Bench in our entryway. He has been UNRESPONSIVE to us in completing this project. I communicated with Len via email with photos and phone regarding (1) the hallway adjustable shelf back panel not being secure and moving when I tried to adjusted the shelf.
