Josh was extremely kind and professional. Consistently updated me when the materials would be in. Wide variety of choices. We made appt for them to come give us an estimate. Waited for them. NO SHOW. We were told they "tried" calling to confirm the appoint. so, since they couldn't reach us, they cancelled the appoint. They did not leave a message and they did not show up and knock. When I make an appoint, I dont expect it to be cancelled just because they want to confirm. Josh and crew did an outstanding job. Put in the perfect fence exactly how we wanted it. Even worked through a few changes went above and beyond. This is our 2nd fence from them! Highly recommend!
We stopped in at the showroom and expected to see some kind of display. We didn't but that wasn't a problem because we knew what we wanted. The sales person was very helpful. He set up an appointment, was on time, gave us a very good price for the fence we wanted and set up a time for the work to begin. Everything went very smoothly. She is very attentive and quick to respond. Josh is very polite and understanding.
